Bakowski Business Advisory (BBA) is an independent, principal-led business advisory practice founded by Vic Bakowski, B.Eng., M.Sc., CMA, CPA.

 

I provide fractional CFO, strategic advisory, business analytics, and operational improvement services to organizations that benefit from experienced executive-level guidance without the cost or commitment of a traditional full-time executive or large consulting engagement.

 

With more than two decades of executive and commercial experience, I work directly with business owners, senior management teams, and boards to address complex financial, operational, and strategic challenges.
